CubCrafters announced today that its flagship aircraft, the XCub, has been awarded type certification from the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau. The certification acknowledges compliance with all JCAB airworthiness and environmental requirements, thereby clearing the way for XCub to enter into service on the Japan register.
